Welcome to Connectedly.ai! Our goal is to provide excellent service and a seamless user experience.

1. Refund Policy Overview

Connectedly.ai provides clients a 14 day free trial to test of our services. Your credit card on file is charged automatically on Day 15. We then provide a 30 Day Opt Out period after that terminate the agreement if after 45 days you're not satisfied. Onboarding & set up fees are non reundable.

2. Eligibility and Timeframe

• To cancel your 14 day free trial, email [email protected] to cancel your subscription within this period.

• To opt out of your agreement, email [email protected] to do so within the 30 days following your 14 day free trial.

• Abuse of Refund Policy: We retain the right to decline refunds for individuals who abuse this Refund Policy or Opt Out period of our agreement.

3. Refund Procedure

• Cancelation or Opt Out Request: To request a cancelation or opt out, email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Request." or "Opt Out Request" Use the registered Connectedly.ai account email address for this request.

4. 45-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed

• New Customer Eligibility: This guarantee applies to new clients initiating their agreement with us. It allows them to request a cancelation during their 14 day free trial with us or an Opt Out of their agreement after first payment during the first 30 days of payment.

5. SMS and Email Usage Fees

• Non-Refundable Usage Fees: Any fees associated with SMS, email, or automation usage are non-refundable.

6. Authorized Payment Method

Valid Payment Method: Users must maintain a valid payment method on file with Connectedly.ai to cover all monthly charges. The Authorized Payment Method will be charged for applicable fees.

7. Payment Agreement

• Payment Terms: By signing a Connectedly.ai agreement, clients agree to pay the specified amount for the selected plan at the time of purchase.

• Payment Frequency: Users can opt for monthly or annual payments based on the plan selected.

• Upgrades and Downgrades: Users can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time, and the new payment plan will take effect immediately.

• Pricing Changes: Connectedly.ai reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time. Users will be notified of such changes on our website and via email.
