Cancellation Process
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your agreement. To cancel your agreement you can send an email to our dedicated billing department at [email protected] with the subject line 'Cancellation Request.' or "Opt Out Request". Please include your account details and reason for cancellation. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and convenient as possible.
Cancellation Window
Your satisfaction is essential to us. You have the flexibility to cancel your agreement within the first 45 Days. The initial 14 days you cancel your free trial with us. On Day 15, you will be automatically charged. For the next 30 days, you can "Opt Out" of our signed agreement if you want to stop services. You will not be refunded by the first 30 day payment or any onboarding/set up fees to get started.
Effect of Cancellation
We want to ensure that you have all the necessary information regarding the effect of cancellation:
• Upon cancellation of the 14 day free trial, you will lose access immediately.
• Upon cancellation of the "Opt Out" period within the first 30 days of payment, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
• After the current billing cycle ends, your access will be terminated, and any data associated with your account may be permanently deleted. To safeguard your data, we recommend exporting your information before canceling.
Cancellation by Connectedly
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Under specific circumstances, we may need to cancel a user's subscription. Here are the conditions under which Connectedly may cancel your subscription:
• Violations of our terms of service: We reserve the right to cancel your agreement if there are violations of our terms of service.
• Misuse of the service: Misuse of the service may lead to termination of our agreement.
• Nonpayment: Failure to make payments in accordance with your subscription plan may result in cancellation. However, we will provide notice and the opportunity to rectify the situation before taking such action.
Subscription Plan Changes
We understand that your needs may evolve over time. Therefore, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your agreement at any time. Changes will be effective by the next monthly billing cycle. For annual purchases of an agreement, we are unable to downgrade after payment is collected.
Provision of Services Post-Cancellation
Your convenience matters to us. That's why we continue to provide services for the remainder of the paid period even if you decide to cancel before the end of the current billing cycle. You will not incur any additional charges during this time.
Cancellations During Free Trials
We respect your freedom of choice, even during free trial periods. Therefore, cancellations during free trials are permitted at any time without incurring any charges.
